Self Testing Instructions
Step by step, "qualifying" a "general indicator test" which you can then use to get specific information from the body. These are the instructions to qualify "small intestine meridian muscle test" as a general indicator test.
1. Sit down.
2. Raise one leg up 30 degrees.
3. Say something true (for me, "I like chocolate") and press gently down on raised leg with one or two fingers. Did your leg stay up?
4. Say something false (for me, "I LOVE liver") and press gently down on raised leg with one or two fingers. Did your leg sink down?
If your leg stays up for true, and sinks for false, you have a general indicator test you can use to get further information!
