Hi there! It is great that you are seeking a therapist.

The style of therapy I do involves EFT acupressure tapping. This style looks quite a bit like regular therapy, but while we have sessions you will also be tapping on acupressure points on your face and hands. Generally, we will rate a distress you are actively experiencing as an intensity of 0-10, and spend the session focusing on reducing that intensity. If this is exactly what you want, great! For private pay clients, my sliding scale is $100-$200 per session, depending on ability to pay.
